Job Summary:

DPI Staffing is currently looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team for a few General Labor positions. The right individuals will work with in Salem.

Schedule:

• Work Hours: 8am-5:00pm | Workdays: Monday - Friday (40hrs wk)

• Hours may vary so it is important to have some flexibility.

Compensation:

• $15.00+ per hour DOE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Reliable transportation is necessary
• Duties to include but not limited to:

• Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials.

• Performs some specialized tasks which may require on-the job training.

• Positions performed outdoors in all kinds of weather.

  • Waterproof and/or wind resistant outerwear/shoes/boots highly recommended

• Comfortable with problem solving in the moment
• Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials
• Must be able to safely lift at least 30 pounds

Qualifications/Education:

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution required
• Up to 2-5 month's related experience at warehouse, food production, or general labor
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
