Job Title: General Laborer

Responsible To: Production Manager

The Production Worker works as general labor in the following departments: Tube Expansion, Assembly, Tube Cutting and Punch Press Operating. The Line worker should be able to lift enough weight (50 lbs) to perform his/her job. Ability to operate circular saws, punch press, overhead crane, measure items with measuring tape.

Major Job duties include:
-Perform a variety of tasks with skills that can be learned quickly
-Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure products meet specifications.
-Perform numerous types of assembly operations utilizing rivets, screws, nut & bolts, and hand tools.
-Cleaning, washing, and deburring manufactured components
-Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
-Responsible and accountable for the cleanliness of work area

Job requirements and qualifications:
-Good manual dexterity / fine motor skills, hand to eye coordination
-Proficient in blueprint reading desired
-Available and willing to work extended hours
-Available and willing to work weekends
-Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
-Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
-Ability to work as team member and work together to achieve daily production schedules

Compensation based on Experience

Shift: 2:30 pm -11:00 pm
Training will be conducted during morning shift (7:00 -3:30 pm) for approximately 2-4 weeks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
