Pay: $24/hr + Benefits (Med/Den/Vis)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Location: Burlington, MA 01803

Job Description:

• Receive incoming materials (including GMP, engineering, and non-inventory goods), products, or supplies in accordance to the procedure
• Assist Shipping Coordinator with outgoing shipments
• Process material transfer forms into Oracle to maintain an up-to-date database
• Review kit requirements in accordance with batch records/protocols for manufacturing or engineering fills/studies
• Establish, maintain and update perpetual inventory system procedures as required.
• Perform regularly scheduled cycle counts, and assist in quarterly physical inventory taking and reconciliation vs. perpetual
• Review inventory for actual and physical obsolescence and report monthly with explanations and recommended disposition
• Organize and maintain inventory storage for maximum efficiency and compliance with cGMP requirements
• Drive company truck

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years' experience in Material Management/Inventory Control
• ERP System experience
• Valid Driver's License
