General Manager:

Salary range: $120-180k, DOE

ReConserve of Tennessee, Inc, Memphis has over 80 years of experience -- is the largest, most experienced recycler of bakery, cereal grain, snack foods, and related food by-products in the United States. We provide sanitary, efficient removal and recycling services to the food and feed manufacturing industries nationwide.

General Manager (GM) experience with complete hands-on management of plant operations, transportation and customer service control of the facility, looking for STRONG tenure, and there is no relocation – local talent only.

Serving as a positive and motivating leader of a diverse team of up to 2 managers and about 20 hourly employees.

GM experience must include: livestock feed manufacturing, manufactures animal nutrition and feed products, pet food, animal health supplies, manufacturer of agricultural products, grains, protein products, and organics, feed products, supplements, premixes, custom ingredient blends and specialty feed ingredients to aid in optimizing animal health and nutrition goals, agri-business, feed mills etc.

5+ years of exp, Bachelor’s Degree or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
