Founded in 2008, LocumsMart provides web-based software-as-a-service solutions to the healthcare recruitment industry. The LocumsMart web-portal provides workflow automation, vendor management (VMS), and managed services provider (MSP) software for lowering costs, and increasing the efficiency of recruitment. Our clients include some of the largest hospital systems and staffing firms in the country.
Responsibilities
The Locumsmart Education team is looking for someone with basic Graphic Design knowledge to join them as they:
  • Design and create user-guides and instruction manuals in both written and audio-visual formats for internal and external users of the Locumsmart platform.
  • Beautify and proofread one-pagers and other materials requested by Locumsmart staff.
  • Maintain the Locumsmart video-help library
  • Oversee the onboarding and training of new hires
  • Manage Locumsmart continuing education
  • Organize and manage the annual Education Conference
  • Work alongside with CHG Marketing to create new materials and content to be shared on the CHG intranet and social media channels.
Qualifications
As a Graphic Designer, you will assist the Education Team by:
  • Overseeing that all materials (one-pagers, videos, emails, user-guides, etc.) maintain a high level of professionalism and are within the brand guidelines established by CHG marketing.
  • Work with CHG marketing to keep all social media pages (Linkedin, Youtube, Facebook) up to date.
  • Assist with all other tasks assigned to the Education Team including: Creating instructional videos, user-guides, online eLearnings, marketing flyers for conventions and conferences.
  • Working Remote from home, but attending weekly meetings once a week at CHG corporate office.
  • Basic knowledge of Graphic Design:
    • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, other graphic design tools
    • Good eye for detail and up to date with current graphic design trends
    • Ability to walk the walk and talk the talk of a graphic designer
  • Flexible and agile to take on various tasks as needed, including:
    • Creating online elearnings
    • Recording voice-overs
    • Facilitating in-person classes
    • Copywriting user-guides
  • Ability to relax and have FUN!!!
Education
  • 1 – 3 years of design experience with portfolio
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
