Job Summary
- Develops advertising pieces through print and digital design to convey the project's message effectively. Designs all pieces to encourage customers to buy. Makes creative decisions concerning graphics, artwork and photography.
Major Job Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Designs advertising pieces to convey the project's delicious message effectively. Designs all pieces to encourage customers to buy. Makes creative decisions concerning graphics, artwork, and photography.
- Creates print, email, web, video, and social assets to convey an offer and message beautifully and effectively. Proofreads artwork at all stages of production and makes all changes necessary.
- Participates in conceptualization meetings designed to generate new ideas through discussion and to develop these ideas into viable projects or promotions.
- Collaborates with the team to develop new creative.
Skills and Abilities:
- 1-3 years' experience in direct marketing, creative design, and print production. Pre-press production experience.
- Excellent layout and typographic skills.
- Proficient in manipulating and refining photography.
- Excellent working knowledge in Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and all Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to take direction and complete projects.
- Self-starter, dependable; able to multitask, work quickly and meet multiple deadlines.
- Have a "can do" attitude and be interested in doing whatever it takes to get the job done right which may involve long hours from time to
- Professional work ethic and a team player.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with designers and marketing teams.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful and excellent follow-through.
