We are excited to be hiring for Greenhouse and Gardening Team Members. We are seeking an ambitious, reliable and adaptable candidate who has passion and appreciation for the production and care of plants both in greenhouse and in the garden.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plant Health, pest management, plant nutrition
- Maintain an organized and clean greenhouse environment
- Inventory tracking, Order pulling, Stocking of inventory
- Planting of perennials, shrubs, annuals
- Creating unique seasonal container displays
- Trimming and sculpting of trees and shrubs
- Watering, fertilizing, deadheading and general tidying of gardens
- Weeding and weed identification
- Garden renovation
- Soil amendment
- Basic knowledge of plant pests
Team work
- Works effectively in a group
- Takes direction from the Crew Leader
- Communicates effectively with the Crew Leader and co-workers
- Works efficiently to complete assigned tasks without supervision
- Actively contributes to job quality, safety, and customer service goals
- Provides excellent service that is accurate, complete, and timely to clients, work-site partners, and Company staff in a courteous and efficient manner.
Work Schedule: Full Time/ Part Time, Seasonal or Occasional Early spring (depending on weather) through November.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.90 - $22.00 per hour
