SUMMARY: To assist in fulfilling all required grounds and property maintenance needs as assigned. The candidate will maintain the property and appearance of 20+ facilities. The candidate must be able to ensure all work is performed and completed safely and efficiently. This is a full-time position with an opportunity for advancement. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Grounds and Property Maintenance Tech (GPMT) is utilized to maintain a professional appearance for all ARC of MC properties. In the summer months, the candidate will maintain the property and appearance of facilities. The majority of the work will be outdoors. Tasks will include but not be limited to mowing lawns and installing and maintaining landscaping. Other jobs will be assigned, such as pressure washing, painting, and other routine maintenance tasks. During winter, the candidate will perform snow removal and indoor-related property maintenance. Work may include assisting the Facilities Maintenance Technicians with day-to-day operations or construction-related tasks. The GPMT will work with maintenance staff to perform more complex annual tasks such as driveway sealing, labor, and vehicle care.
