We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our growing team to lead the growth & engagement of our B2B community globally.

On any given day you’ll be tasked with…

  • Dreaming up ideas and strategies for B2B lead generation & digital marketing to drive onboarding, engagement & transactions.
  • Segmenting our audience or customer base to develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive improvements in engagement & checkout performance
  • Working with IT to develop automated marketing solutions to streamline communications to our channel
  • Working closely with sales and agencies to lead our lead generation & marketing efforts
  • Driving awareness of Alchemy and our eCommerce marketplace via industry events & digital business channels
  • Implementing and managing our digital marketing ads and initiatives
  • Engaging with our Sales teams regularly to design targeted marketing campaigns
  • Analysing growth & engagement success

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has minimum 5 years’ relevant experience within in the growth marketing space in wholesale (B2B) and online (B2C)
  • Strong digital background and analytical skills required with tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Zendesk, etc
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at any given time while remaining cool, calm and collected
  • Comfortable collaborating with people across different disciplines, teams and time zones
  • Hands-on and pro-active
  • Has a great eye for design
  • Has excellent copywriting and written communication skills
  • Has a proven track record of implementing and executing marketing strategies for B2B markets (desirable)
  • Confident using numbers to guide and influence their decision-making process

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
