Guardian Representative/Case Manager
Job description
This is a highly responsible job. Requires a bachelor's degree in social work or related field. Must have at least 2 years of experience in case management or related experience. Must undergo a criminal and credit history. Must have a general understanding of human services and public benefits. Must enjoy working with older adults and persons with disabilities. Requires regular regional travel approximately a 100 mile radius from central office. Must have good writing and speaking communication skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
