JOB DESCRIPTION
A Client of Insight Global is looking for a HCIT Call Coordinator to join their team remotely. HCIT Call Coordinators support the sales, products and services of the company by supporting National and International Customer base and Third Party Dealers. The purpose will give customers increased access to technical assistance in a high-volume call center environment. This individuals responsibilities will include
- Monitoring CMS system for available Call Center representatives
- Managing excellent relationships between customers, sales and service support
- Working closely with Technical Support on support of product and all departments within Konica Minolta.
- Answer/Triage/Assign 30-50 calls per day- Experience of 3 years or more
- Receives and Records incoming customer calls in Database
- Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and training records
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Energy and a Desire to help customers and outstanding Customer Service Skills
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, CRM systems and Internet applications.
