Aya Healthcare has an exclusive contract to provide healthcare staffing management services to our client. The Program Coordinator provides administrative support for the Program Managers on site at our client. He or she will facilitate the administration of our workforce solutions program, with an exceptional sense of urgency and organizational skill to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Internal Support

  • Actively participates in weekly internal Managed Service Provider (MSP) Strategy and Fulfillment and Strategy Team (FAST) meetings.
  • Assists Account Management (AM) and Program Management (PM) teams in identifying and recommending partners that can assist in filling client's needs.
  • Partner with Strategic Placement team in identifying and implementing fulfillment strategies.
  • Assists with auditing new MSP and direct accounts to ensure partner support and onboard client requested vendors to the partner panel.

Partner Support

  • Ensure strategic partners are aligned to all MSP and strategic accounts.
  • Assist Partner Engagement Manager as needed with partner inquiries, concerns, etc.
  • Audit current partner panel and identify inactive partners and identify strategies to engage them.
  • Assist with researching and identifying new partners to help with fulfillment strategies and gaps.
  • Actively participate in new partner onboarding process – initial conversation, application process, onboarding, follow-up, and orientation

Data Entry and Analysis

  • Participates in quarterly Partner Business Reviews (PBRs).
  • Pulls client partner panels for AMs and PMS.
  • Initiates the vendor onboarding process – identifying the correct agreement and Client Term Sheets (CTS) for potential partner

Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience working in an administrative or customer service capacity supporting clients and vendors.
  • Experience in health care setting preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in a fast-paced office setting providing administrative support and customer service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as exemplary interpersonal relations

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $30.29 to $31.25 hourly, which equates to $63,000 to $65,000 annually.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
