Privatus is seeking an experienced, outgoing, and results-driven individual to recruit Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants & Home Health Aides for our Lexington, MA location.
In this important role you will source, interview, and hire top quality caregivers to service our private pay clients throughout the Boston, Lexington and North Shore areas of Massachusetts. Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience (2+ years preferred)
- Healthcare/Homecare recruiting experience
- Experience in full cycle recruiting (Sourcing, Interviewing, Background & Reference Checks, and Onboarding)
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Experience in sourcing candidates from a variety of platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Google Forms
- Full Covid-19 vaccination required
About The Job:
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Placing and maintaining recruitment advertising
- Conducting creative networking & recruiting events
- Building relationships with colleges and universities and other referral sources
- Reviewing resumes and conduct phone screens
- Scheduling and conducting applicant interviews weekly
- Sourcing candidates through a variety of outreach efforts
- Conducting background checks and reference verification on all Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants & Home Health Aides
- Participating in weekly meetings with operations team to review areas of need
- Maintaining a robust applicant tracking system (Taleo)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
