Field Service Technician

Harper Tech is currently seeking highly qualified individuals for a Full-Time Tier 2 Help Desk/Field Service Technician position. At least 3 years IT troubleshooting experience needed, with a medium-high level of IT knowledge, proficiency with common & industry-specific hand tools, and customer service skills required. Industry certifications and experience with power tools are a “plus”.
Primary Job Duties:
- In-depot and remote facilitated troubleshooting and support.
- Onsite troubleshooting and support.
- Cabling and network infrastructure support.
- Installation & management of common network/security appliances.
- Triaging of manufacturer software support.
- Providing consultant services for client hardware/software needs.
- Critical thinking skills and an analytical mind with strong problem-solving abilities.
Position Details:
