We are growing and are looking for an IT Support Specialist to be the first responder and provide technical assistance to our employees in a variety of issues: computers, telephony, networking, and business applications.

The Role:
- Serving as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate tickets that have been assigned
- Installing, making changes, and repairing computer hardware and software.
- Creating and managing users and permissions.
- Provided an outstanding customer service experience in a variety of circumstances across all organizational levels
- Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

Requirements:
- 2 Years' experience in same position
- Associates degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, and at least two,typically four years of experience in IT or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Requires sufficient knowledge of IT operations, responsibilities, workflow processes, and procedures to resolve most inquiries independently.
- Good analytical and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with clients and other Systems Division staff.
- Experience in the day-to-day operations of a service desk
Location:
We are located in San Francisco, Tel Aviv, Portugal, and Amsterdam. This position is Remote.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Salary Range: $81,500 - $110,000
