Positions We're Hiring For:

CDL Driver – Local Route - $3000 Signing Bonus - $24.00/h*

Drivers are responsible for catering aircraft and transporting / delivering carts with meals and beverages to assigned flights at Chicago O’Hare airport. The Driver is expected to work in tandem with a Driver Helper to provide excellent customer service to our airline customers in a timely, responsible and safe manner. The Driver is responsible for driving the truck on the airport ramp and follow all safety procedures when loading and unloading equipment into the warehouse, carts and aircraft. Must have a Commercial Driver’s License (preferably Class B or A).

Driver Helper - $1000 Signing Bonus - $17.00/h*

Driver Helpers ride with a Driver from our Customer Service Center to the O’Hare airport operations area (AOA), guide the Driver to navigate the catering truck safely and timely, and assist with catering the flight. A valid driver’s license required. Paid training to qualified applicants on company time to obtain a CDL class B.

Flight Coordinators – $1000 Signing Bonus - $17.00/h*

Flight coordinators are important players in our Last Mile Logistics / Customer Service team by providing excellent customer service to our airline customers. They complete and coordinate all tasks to assure that our airline customers receive the best level of service according to their specifications. They add or subtract meals and/ or equipment for assigned flights as necessary, including; special and crew meals. They ensure the flight is complete and fully prepared for departure.

Beverage Assembly – $1000 Signing Bonus - $17.00/h*

Beverage assembly workers assemble airline carts for domestic and international flights by providing, sorting, wrapping and packing food and beverage serving equipment / hardware / utensils, dry goods, snacks, condiments and beverages. They must be able to read and follow printed diagrams and procedures according to customer specifications. They must keep production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP, FDA, USDA, and customers' requirements.

Food Service Employees – $1000 Signing Bonus - $17.00/h *

The Food Service employees prepare the meals according to airline specifications by slicing, chopping, wrapping, assembling and packing dishes and meals and loading airline catering carts with food trays. They prepare all food items according to standard recipes, production orders, production time requirements and quantities. They obtain all necessary ingredients, supplies and equipment. They maintain equipment and work area in clean, safe and orderly manner according to Safe Food Handling Guidelines. Employees work in a steady cold work environment of 40 F°.

Cooks – $1000 Signing Bonus - $18.00/h*

Cooks are responsible for preparing flight meals according to customer specifications. They must be able to understand and follow complex recipes and demonstrate understanding and working proficiency of various cooking and cutting techniques. Culinary degree or cooking certification preferred. Ideally, they must possess at least 3 years of experience cooking in a high-volume institutional catering environment.

Administrative and supervisor positions also available.

Employment Requirements:

• Availability to work any shift assigned, including weekends & holidays and flexibility for schedule change

• Ability to pass drug screening test and background check

• CDL ‘B’ for Drivers / must be able to pass an airport and TSA background check to obtain SIDA badge and DOT physical exam.
