At the Arc Otsego, a Home Manager plans, coordinates and directs personnel and activities in a residential home to provide a safe, clean, nurturing environment that supports people living in the home to achieve maximum personal growth and development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

· Record keeping

· Maintain residence and equipment

· Accountability

· Adaptability

· Team work

· Safety and customer service

· Staff training

· Fiscal management

· Program system reviews (PSR)

· Leadership/Development

· Supervision of at least 5 Direct Support Professionals

The Requirements for the Home Manager are:

· Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Must possess a valid NYS driver’s license.

· Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36,816.00 per year
