As a Guest Services Representatives for High Hotels Ltd, at the SpringHill Suites in Ewing, NJ, you are required to positively represent the hotel to the guest by responding courteously and efficiently to guest needs, acting as a source of information about the hotel and local area, and assisting guests during arrivals and departure. You will also be responsible for operating the switchboard and handling departmental accounting and financial transactions as they relate to this position.
This will be a Part-Time position with a flexible schedule. Our next Guest Services Rep should be able to work day (7:00am - 3:00pm) or evening (3:00pm - 11:00pm) shifts on varying days, including weekends.
Weekends include a $3.00 extra an hour shift premium!
$16.00-$17.00/hr. depending on experience!
Areas of responsibility for our guest service representatives include:
- Responding to guest requests and inquiries.
- Taking, modifying, and canceling guest reservations.
- Communicate hotel facilities and services to all guests.
- Provide information on the local area and points of interest.
- Assisting guests with arrivals and departures.
- Answering front desk phone.
- Cash handling.
Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:
- A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred.
- The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong math, reading, and communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
