Speedway is immediately hiring a Human Resources Information System Analyst to oversee and administer the Company’s HR Systems. Serving as the primary point of contact; coordinates and oversees HR IT initiatives and projects, working with HR, and other business partners, ensures compliance with Company policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversees the Company’s applicant tracking, recruiting and on-boarding system and manages relationships with internal and external partners. Resolves conflicts as they arise
  • Primary liaison with internal partners for human resources information systems
  • Ensures that all required information are uploaded and maintained into the HR systems accurately; collaborates with internal partners accordingly
  • Works with HR Supervisors/Managers to identify new human resources needs and the system to fulfill those needs; assists with evaluating new system deployments and makes recommendations to existing programs
  • Makes recommendations for the development or modification of systems, processes, and reports that may improve the overall performance of the Company
  • Evaluates and analyzes the impact of system configuration or process changes for the business, and recommends communications, training and enhancements
  • Leads aspects of system implementation and upgrades, including configuration, support/enhancement packs software training, data integration processes and testing
  • Owns and maintains specific SAP tables that drive Speedway processes
  • Identifies process changes to improve the efficiency of HR systems; makes recommendations accordingly
  • Serves as primary point of contact for the Company’s human resources systems; provides advice, guidance and training to human resources personnel
  • Develops, implements and delivers training programs/guides for human resources personnel; provides ongoing support as needed
  • Keeps HR Management informed of current projects and initiatives, including status updates, priorities and change management needs
  • Provides timely communication of critical events that need to be considered and/or addressed by Management
  • Provides human resources systems expertise and provides statistical data as needed
  • Provides on-going HR reporting; evaluates and fulfills needed requests; ensures security, protection and sensitivity of HR data
  • Keeps abreast of technology, customer needs and industry related trends; makes recommendations accordingly
  • Provides support in resolving escalated help desk tickets, as it relates to HR systems
  • Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Marketing, Human Resources or other business related field
Experience Requirements:
  • Previous Workday or HR Systems Experience highly desired
Skill Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office suite applications
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues
  • Well organized with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new products and technology quickly
  • Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations
  • Ability to perform repeated bending, standing and reaching
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
