Description:
Perform clerical and administrative duties including support to the HR Team with LOAs (FMLA/CFRA/Pregnancy Disability leaves) including COVID LOAs. Must be familiar with state/federal leaves of absence. Assists with the administration of leaves of absence, and will maintain communication with employees and managers. Makes an initial call to the employee requesting a leave of absence. Must be flexible, adaptable in handling interruptions, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail are highly required.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
