The Louisiana Supreme Court is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to provide administrative/clerical support in the Human Resources Office. Responsibilities will include data entry of employee records, processing new hire paperwork, references and background checks, filing, and scanning records, handling FMLA paperwork and tracking leave; also handles timesheet and payroll adjustments and assists with benefits and recruitment tasks. Extreme attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to multi-task are crucial skills for this position. Excellent computer skills are required, including Excel, Word and Power point. Prior experience with an ERP and/or Human Resources Information Systems is a plus! Preferred applicants will have prior human resources or payroll experience. Candidate must pass background check. Excellent state benefits including health, dental, life and Lasers retirement.
