JOB TITLE: Human Resources Coordinator
POSITION TYPE: Full time

Job Description Summary
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be a member of the Human Resources team, accountable for the data accuracy of employee data, inputting employee data to support employee benefits, talent acquisition, and HR analytics. You will be responsible to triage incoming employee inquiries, answer HR related questions and direct employees to appropriate resources. In addition, you will help coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding, impacting employee experience at Foremost Farms.
Essential Duties
Support the HR team through system data entry and maintenance of employee information, including:
- Inputting and updating confidential employee and benefits data
- Supporting HR team with annual performance management & pay planning processes
- Ensuring proper storage of all personnel documents
Perform employee on-boarding and off-boarding activities as assigned, including:
- Assisting new hires in the pre-boarding and onboarding process to gather needed information, ensuring the process goes smoothly for them
- Coordinating in-person new hire orientation sessions
- Completing employment eligibility documentation, including I-9's and E-Verify in a timely manner
Other related duties as assigned, including:
- Being the point-of-contact for employee questions, directing to other members and resources of the HR team
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives
- Supporting the Foremost Farms USA Charitable Foundation, including helping with annual fundraising events
- Supporting the administration of Exit surveys and the stay interview process
Position Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s degree (or two years to a four year degree) in Human Resources, Business or related field. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented and looks forward to providing direct support to other employees. This role is perfect for someone newer to Human Resources, or who is looking to expand their knowledge in this field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business or related field.
1-3 years of experience in human resources or related administrative field.
Work Conditions
- 40-hour work week with remote work possible for a portion of this time.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
