We are currently looking for a Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This part-time ON-SITE position is approximately 10-15 hours/week.

In this position, you will:

· Process bi-weekly payroll.

· Handle recruitment and selection.

· Manage onboarding and offboarding of all employees.

· Maintain employee benefits plans, communications, and open enrollment.

· Maintain employee files.

· Ensure HR compliance.

· Misc. projects as needed.

You might be a good fit for this position if you:

· Work well in a team-based environment.

· Can communicate calmly and effectively.

· Have experience with HRIS - preferably Paylocity.

· Have experience running payroll.

· Have acute attention to detail.

· Have managed benefit plans.

· Have basic human resources knowledge.

· Experience in recruitment and selection process.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
