Our Human Resources (HR) Recruiter candidate must possess the minimum following skills: Spirited, organized, detail-oriented, effective communicator, good sense of humor and passionate to help people strive to be their best!


The Recruiter performs recruitment and other human resource related duties at the professional level and carries out responsibilities in all of the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding, staffing management, employee and client relations.

Essential Responsibilities of position:

  • Recruit job applicants to fill entry-level, professional, and technical job openings
  • Reviews resumes/applications and interviews candidates for all open positions
  • Takes responsibility for matching staff with existing client needs
  • Maintains a database to track applicants and the placement of staff on cases
  • Attends college and community job fairs to fill recruitment pipeline
  • Performs educational credentialing to verify the veracity of application materials
  • Conducts new hire sign-in to orient new staff to organizational policy and procedure
  • Maintains employee recognition programs
  • Collects and analyzes hiring data to ensure compliance with employment laws


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or staffing environment (or related field)


Credentialing Requirements:

(Clearances and TB current within 12 months)

  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Education FBI – Use code 1KG6XN
  • TB Screening
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
