Salary: $95,000/annual
Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to CHRO. Assist in strategy planning, employee & dispute resolution, advisory services for employees, prepares & reviews job descriptions, provides policy interpretation, assist with managing the Human Resources Department and staff. Participate in the development & implementation of the organization’s policies & procedures that will contribute to overall success. May represent agency in personnel related hearings and investigations.
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or related field, required.
- Minimum five (5) years Human Resources experience.
- Minimum two (2) years supervisor experience.
- Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate in written and oral English correctly and effectively.
- Excellent computer skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish, required.
- Ability to assure the confidentiality of all information and MAOF personnel records.
- Must possess own vehicle at all times, a valid California Driver’s License and appropriate automobile insurance.
- Ability to drive and travel.
- Ability to maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the public.
