Requirements of the Human Resources Manager
- Is legally authorized to work in the United States on a Full-time basis.
- Perform all duties in a professional, productive manner, with emphasis on our Quality and Safety Policies.
- Is skillful in the operation of typically used related tools, materials, and equipment.
- Able to operate Company vehicle and meet insurance carrier requirements.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager
- Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
- Prepares and distributes employee performance evaluations and tracks completion of evaluations.
- Manages expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Protects organization's value and employee information by keeping information confidential.
- Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action. Including items such as turnover, absenteeism, etc.
