Qualifications and requirements:
- Possess a valid drives license, has experience operating a motor vehicle, and is able to provide a clean driving record
- Experience installing FAC, HPS, and Ductless HVAC systems
•Understand the sequence of operations of an HVAC system and the ability to troubleshoot potential start up issues
- Knowledgeable about Montgomery County, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC code requirements.
- Customer relation skills
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and move with a sense of urgency
- Take the extra mile to grow as an employee
- Reliable, self-driven & career oriented
Job functions include but not limited to:
- Working in tight conditions
- Working outside in harsh conditions
- Working with power tools
- Brazing, low voltage, high voltage
- Duct modifications
- Installation of HP systems and FAC systems
- Installation of IAQ products
- Customer interactions

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
