Bell Brothers has an immediate need for an Experienced Residential Career HVAC Service Tech. Applicant must be technically skilled, detail-orientated, and an expert communicator. Technician must prioritize customer satisfaction and safety. Applicant will be responsible for performing new customer trouble calls, maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs. Our ideal candidates will be a professional and have excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. *Must be able to sell, repair and replace HVAC equipment *
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on air conditioning systems, furnaces, coils, and compressors
- Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement
- Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records
- Complete all tasks in accordance with Moore Home Services quality and safety standards
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)
- Meet sales goals and metrics
- Experience in setting units
- Hands-on experience in brazing, zoning, mini splits, e-pumps.
- Experience with all types of HVAC systems and how each component within the system operates; Experience with overall operations of the system as a whole.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image
- Analytical, Focused on Quality, and Results-driven
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
- Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
- Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions
- EPA Universal Certification
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician

GROOMING:
Well-Groomed Appearance (upon hire) – a business-like haircut, clean shaven (i.e.: no beards or mustaches), no visible tattoos (i.e.: on hands, fingers, neck and ears)
WORK CONDITIONS:
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move objects 10-75 lbs
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
- Work is performed in residential properties (attic, garage, crawl space, roof)
- Frequent standing, squatting, sitting for extended periods of time
- Moderate exposure to physical risk
- Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders and balance
