We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Orchard Brands Fulfillment Team. This role will be based out of our Eatonton, GA Fulfillment Center.

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will boost production by facilitating in the installation and maintenance of our Industrial equipment and systems. You will be responsible for installing new equipment, performing regular maintenance services and procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. To be successful in this Role, you will need to have advanced knowledge of Industrial machinery as well as excellent problem solving and time management skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluates and prioritizes daily workload to ensure all maintenance requests and emergencies are completed on time and according to Health and Safety Standards.

• Assists the Maintenance Team in diagnosing malfunctions in Fulfillment machinery and equipment.
• Accesses and updates maintenance management forms and systems.

• Participates in Maintenance Workload Meetings and identifies and communicates best practices.
• Executes and follows up on all preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure continued functioning.
• Conducts scheduled Safety Inspections and Audits as assigned by leadership.

• Examines, maintains, and tests machinery, equipment, components, and parts for defects to ensure proper functioning and ensures proper equipment storage.

• Complies with all Health and Safety Regulations (OSHA) and encourages peers to do the same.

• Executes preventative and corrective electrical maintenance functions on all facility equipment (208v, 220v, 277v, 480v).
• Provides clear and concise communication and updates to Leadership and fosters an environment of open communication and collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma required. Trade School Certification in a related field OR 2 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician OR a combination of Education and Experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of building and fulfillment systems and equipment.
• Strong analytical skill set with the ability quickly and accurately make decisions.
• Works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Computer proficiency with a strong focus on Microsoft Suite.
• Highly established skill set working on electrical systems including 208v, 220v, 277v, 480v.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong working knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and Audits.
