Job description
A leading Medical Device company is in immediate need of an Injection Molding expert to join their team in Minnesota for a 12-month project. This project will be completed while working onsite.
This consultant will be focused on delivering commercial processes for thermoplastic injection molding, which will include leading the design and adjustment of molding tools to meet industry standards. This will also involved leading the project from a regulatory standpoint to achieve commercialization. The Engineer will work with 3-5 molds simultaneously.
Top Requirements:
- BS Degree minimum
- 3+ years of focused working experience as a Thermoplastic Injection Molding expert
- Strong expertise in the design of molding tools
- Prior experience driving projects to commercialization
Bonus Experience:
- A molding certification from groups like Beaumont or RJG
- Recent Medical Device industry experience
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
