Responsibilities:
How Will You Contribute to the Company?

We're looking for a sales representative to sell to Public Sector agencies in a defined geographic territory. The goal for the Inside Sales Representative is to grow our customer base and will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through booked sales. What Will You Do?
  • Achieve territory sales objectives through sales of products and services to new customers
  • New opportunity prospecting for assigned territory inclusive of related sales campaigns and programs to aid sales efforts. Weekly activities encouraged to best scale the prospecting with channel partners and net new customer prospects to accelerate growth via qualified opportunities
  • Identify sales opportunities through lead follow-up, networking, and building relationships with potential customers and partners
  • Adopt Cradlepoint sales methodology and adhere to our sales process
  • Make recommendations to prospective customers that align business needs with our technology solutions and services
  • Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, and competitive offerings
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • AA (Marketing/Business preferred) or three (3) years equivalent experience
  • Successful B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on acquiring new customers
  • Experience selling to Directors and/or business owners
  • Documented success in achieving and exceeding assigned quotas
  • Confident self-starter with integrity and accountability
  • A passion for winning, a strong aptitude for business strategy, and excellent collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in presenting a sales demonstration to a client
  • Consultative, solution-based sales methodology
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Your Pay:
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Your pay also includes the opportunity for monthly sales incentives. Actual payouts are dependent upon the attainment of agreed to revenue goals and objectives as determined by Cradlepoint’s management team.

Cradlepoint provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays). Please note that an employee’s FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. Cradlepoint also offers paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
