Contingent Upon Contract Award
Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a part-time Transcriptionist with U.S. Intelligence Community experience to produce soft-copy verbatim transcripts that include the representation of all sounds and utterances from recorded English-language and other historically significant audio recordings, such as classified or unclassified Oral History interviews. The transcriptionist must produce transcriptions that are accurate, comprehensible, and properly formatted with an average of less than one (1) error per page.
The transcription software is HTH Engineering Start-Stop UNIVERSAL Transcription.
Requirements:
- TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope polygraph (preferred)
- TS with SCI eligibility and CI polygraph (considered)
- 2 years experience with organization and terminology of cryptologic process and system, as well as knowledge of components and operation of U.S. Intelligence Community
- 2 years of experience writing and editing documents with thorough knowledge of English grammar, style, and organization principles
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in English or in a directly related field (preferred)
