CalPERS seeks a Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) in the Customer Education and Outreach Division (CEOD), Internal Training Services.

Under the general direction of the Internal Training Services Staff Services Manager II, the Staff Services Manager I responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the Training Delivery team including personnel management with respect to hiring, training, assignments, team member performance, recognition, and other related areas of supervision to ensure a productive and cohesive work environment.

The Training Delivery team is responsible for providing training services to CEOD Regional Offices and the Customer Experience Division (CXD). CEOD and CXD provide education, in-person services, and responses to customers contacting us by telephone and electronic correspondence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,563.00 - $8,153.00 per month
