Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory control and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies
• Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures
• Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels
• Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
• Communicates with the inventory Manager to meet business goals and address concerns and answer questions
• Manages schedules of deliveries and shipments to optimize operations
• Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics
• Contributes and assists team in meeting daily, weekly, monthly goals
• Assist and coordinate all inventory counts and reports numbers to department manager
• Ensure all inventory meets compliance standards
• Operate a large vehicle utilizing a Chauffer’s license
• Perform other duties as required

The pay rate for this position is $18/hour. This position requires a Chauffeur’s license to be obtained upon hire, paid for by DreamFields/Jeeter.

Basic Qualifications – Required

• 2+ years of experience in an inventory position
• Experience with leading inventory counts
• Experience with data entry and using a computer daily
• Ability to think critically and solve problems
• Ability to work well under pressure and pay close attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal personnel on all levels both written and verbally
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, leadership, and teamwork skills
• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications – Preferred

• Experience with operating a forklift preferred
• Experience with driving large vehicles
• Forklift Certification preferred
• Chauffeur’s License to operate a commercial vehicle preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
