Reason for need: Need 1 experienced and seasoned IT Program Manager in BOTW for Data Retention & Decommissioning (DRD)

Project Details:

• Will need to manage program including leading and driving discussions and decisions with leadership stakeholders from BMO IT and Business side, Legal and Compliance, BOTW IT and Business side
• Scope of the work surrounds reviewing purely the historical and archival aspect of the data from the 500+ BOTW applications to understand impact across all BMO domains (e.g., US P&BB, Cap Markets, Wealth), followed by the decommissioning work after, the work is not focused on data marts nor data remediation.

Must Have Skills:

• Need very experienced IT Program Manager (10+ yrs) w/ 5 years of recent experience w/large companies in banking industry, PMP certified, SDLC process knowledge, managed large scale programs of $30+MM, M & A experience, worked in mature PMO, expert forecast/budgeting experience
• Worked in mature PMO (3+ years)
• M&A Experience
• Expert leadership and communication skills and ability to effectively lead and communicate to program team on a daily basis
