IT Support Specialist

USNR, a worldwide leader in engineering, design, and manufacturing, has an immediate opening in our Woodland, WA facility for IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will be tasked with supporting USNR’s employees and infrastructure, both local and remote.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Provide technical assistance via desk-side, phone and email to USNR employees

· Document, track and monitor USNR’s helpdesk system

· Work in a team that supports USNR’s client, server and network infrastructure

· Other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

· Possess or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire - Microsoft 365 Certified:

Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

· Experience or education supporting Microsoft Windows 10 clients in a domain environment

· Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 Office Suite

· Experience in an engineering / manufacturing environment preferred

· Working knowledge of networking topologies and troubleshooting

· College / University Degree, technical focus preferred

· Have strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance

· Ability to travel to USNR global facilities

· Ability to lift-up to 40 pounds

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
