As an IT Systems Engineer you will scale our IT and corporate environment by testing, researching, making recommendations and implementing tools and systems. This is a hands-on role suitable for someone with a learning mindset. Although significant experience is a plus, we're happy to support growth for folks with good grounding and a can-do attitude .

You Will:

• Administer and work with all aspects of our IT infrastructure
• Automate aspects of the environment across Device/User Compliance, Azure Company portal app, Azure AutoPilot, Mosyle Device policies, Virtual devices and other systems
• Be a subject matter expert and fountain of knowledge that others want to learn from
• Manage our Engineering needs across multiple platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)
• Research and engineer our corporate/IT infrastructure to support our business as we scale
• Be hands on testing controls within technical systems admin, improving security on an ongoing basis
• Automate systems and processes to support a rapidly scaling company
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to them
• Collaborate with management and other departments to implement infrastructure that supports our pipeline
• Document and maintain internal IT procedures
• Operate within East Coast working hours

What You Will Bring to the Table:

• Experience researching, recommending, and implementing cloud security across platforms
• A technical source of knowledge to continuously review, evaluate and improve systems/processes
• Knowledge across or that is transferable between AWS, Azure and/or Google services with ability to automate manual operations work
• Scripting and automation skills
• Ability to simplify and secure the platform environment through policy, management and compliance
• Passion about building a big business that transforms the healthcare industry
• Excited about the ambiguity of an entrepreneurial, rapidly growing company, and able to juggle many projects and responsibilities
• Great communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Ability to advocate for a position while maintaining a collaborative and open-minded approach

Our compensation philosophy is to be externally competitive, internally fair, and not win or lose on compensation. Salary ranges are developed with the support of benchmarks (competitive San Francisco rates for US-based roles) and industry best practices.
