Job description
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative management of the DARPA TCSP
- Manage and maintain TCSP Team calendars
- Organize read-ahead materials for meetings
- Assist in preparation of required briefings slides/presentation material, speeches, or reports
- Data entry, report generation, track and coordinate suspense actions
- Assist in preparation of high-level management reports, including Program quantitative metrics
- Assist with the planning, scheduling, and executing of requirements for the TCSP
- Create and disseminate weekly alert emails to current and past DARPA SBIR/STTR performers
- Identify, validate & track the reporting of Phase III commercialization data
- Assist with the planning, scheduling and executing of all requirements for the TCSP Program and supporting management processes
- Coordinate and assist with Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) and Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDCs)
- Manage, coordinate, and execute the DARPA SBIR/STTR projects under TCSP
- Support and assist with the TCSP Newsletter
- Assist and support the portfolio review and follow up with Small Business Concerns (SBCs) for the TASR & Quad Chart
Small Business Outreach and Conference Support
- Provide outreach support for TCSP virtual and/or in-person conference events, one-on-one meetings, kick off meetings, and training events
- Support travel and logistical arrangements for DARPA TCSP team members
- Assist with the design of multi-media and/or print materials in support of the DARPA TCSP Program
- Receive and disseminate mail and arrange for courier mail delivery services as required to support TCSP events
- Assist with TCSP Program Management training for internal and external stakeholders
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of experience in finance, accounting or business or program/project management is preferred. A high school diploma with five (5) years of related experience can be substituted for the degree requirement.
- DoD Secret clearance preferred; ability to obtain Secret clearance required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Specialized experience in government budget/financial analysis or government contract administration desired
- Government SBIR/STTR or Grants Administration desired
- Proficiency in data management and data analysis desired
This role is subject to a skills test and will be conducted prior to making an offer.
