We are looking for Shift Leads to work in our Forest Ave kitchen who are as passionate as our founder to provide top quality plant based food to our local community and are willing to do what it takes to keep things running smoothly in our kitchen on a daily basis. We are looking for someone that loves interacting and building relationships with our customers, and has an instinctive desire to help out wherever and however they are needed.

Our kitchen is very fast paced and due to the fact that we make so much of our product in house, our daily to-do lists are long and extensive. If you enjoy and thrive in that kind of work environment then this is the job for you! Shifts average to be about 6 - 9 hours. Weekend availability is required.

1 free smoothie or bowl is included with every shift. Employee discounts available during shifts and on off days.

Main job duties include, but are not limited to: opening and closing the store, ordering, delegating daily tasks, handling customer service situations, quality control, kitchen prep, dish & store cleaning, preparing orders, juice production, register & phone orders.

Experience Requirements: Kitchen 2+ years / Team Leadership 1+ years

Pay: hourly base pay starts at $15/hour + tips. Tip average at this location is $6/hour. Average combined wage is $21/hour. (Please note that tips are not guaranteed).
