PBC Services, Inc is family owned and operated company that has been in business for over 25 years. We are currently looking for a Landscape Laborer that aligns with our company’s values of providing reliable service and high-quality professional work for all of our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

· Maintain landscaping design and ensure plant growth

· Maintain existing garden beds by mulching and remove weeds

· Pruning and trimming overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves

· Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants and shrubs

Requirements and skills:

· 2-3 years proven work experience as a Landscaper Laborer or similar role

· Must be able to operate maintenance equipment

· High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

· Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation

Compensation and Benefits

· Pay will be negotiated based on landscape knowledge and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
