This position is tailored to someone who wants to be apart of a team and grow within the company. The Co-Founders, Juan and Andre, take pride in having a great company culture and treating team members well. They value paying their team above market wages to show their appreciation for them. Job tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

• Cutting Grass

• Moving heavy materials
• Planting trees, shrubs, and plants
• Installing hardscape materials (brick, stone, concrete, etc.)
• Communicating with clients
• and much more!

The job is extensive with many different functions and learning opportunities. This position is considered a L1 position and is considered entry level for the company. Opportunity to move up to L2 (Team Leader) will be available to employees that show exceptional skill and ability. Preferred qualifications are listed below:

Experience: At least 1 year of landscaping experience

Status: Legal status to work in the United States, have an ability to accept direct deposit, and have a valid driver's license

Transportation: Ability to commute to and from work

Language: Ability to speak both English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.

An ideal candidate would like to grow within the company.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
