Experience:

The J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University is seeking applications for two faculty positions (continuing faculty status professorial track) to begin Fall Semester 2023. One or more positions may be filled with a visiting faculty.

A successful applicant must have a JD degree, an outstanding academic background, a record that indicates a strong likelihood of becoming a well-published and nationally recognized scholar, and an intense commitment to teaching, research and writing that will leave no time for significant law practice or consulting.

Duties/ Expectations:

Curricular needs include Antitrust, Corporate Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Employment Law, Evidence, Family Law, Professional Responsibility, Securities Regulation, Wills and Estates, and Trusts; however, all applicants with strong credentials will be considered.
