Brief Description:

Oversees training and orientation of new nurses in outpatient and specialty services; Oversees HIV/HCV testing program; Oversees monitoring of medication use and management in residential programs; Functions as Infection Control Officer; Participates on Health and Safety and Risk Management Committees; Manages death review processes; Provides direct care as schedule allows; Provides trainings as needed; Assists with I/DD nursing requirements. Manages TB testing processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

LICENSED IN THE STATE OF GA AS A REGISTERED NURSE. Experience working in Behavioral Health setting with individuals of all ages. Experience with electronic health records. Should have computer skills including use of email. Should be organized and task driven. Proficient in usual nursing duties and activities.
