Manage and support the implementation of our LMS, Canvas, and provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed

Develop and deliver training sessions to teachers and staff on how to effectively integrate digital resources and platforms into their teaching practices

Work with teachers to identify and evaluate digital resources and platforms that align with our curriculum and academic goals
-
Assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of academic content and resources in our LMS, Canvas
-
Collaborate with teachers and staff to design, develop, and implement digital learning activities and assessments
-
Continuously research and evaluate emerging educational technologies and provide recommendations to school leadership
-
Monitor and analyze data on the effectiveness of digital learning resources and programs and make recommendations for improvements
-
Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and administrators to develop and implement best practices for the integration of technology into teaching and learning
-
Provide support and training to scholars on how to effectively navigate and utilize our LMS, Canvas, and other digital learning platforms
-
Collaborate with members of the network leadership team to ensure coordinated planning and consistent implementation of network strategic programs, projects, and initiatives
-
Establishes a spirit of trust and communication within and among CMO, site leadership teams, and site staff

Demonstrates a high level of independent, ethical, and professional conduct

Performs other duties as needed

Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, educational technology, or a related field
-
Strong understanding and experience with Learning Management Systems, particularly Canvas
-
Knowledge of innovative educational technology, including digital resources and platforms used in K-12 education
-
Experience in K-12 teaching and learning

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Strong organizational and project management skills
