Our Leasing Consultants are primarily responsible for the following:
- Performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals
- Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy
- Generate and handle traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork and procedures
- Assist with the company's on-going relationship with the residents throughout their tenancy
- Led by the Property Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities
- Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
Our Leasing Consultants must have the following qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License required
- High School Diploma or G.E.D required
- Some education in Marketing preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in property management required
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Yardi Program knowledge is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills and a customer-focused service orientation
- Proficient reading, writing, mathematical and grammar skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
