PBS Consulting is seeking a licensed clinical provider to work in our East End School-Aged Services Division. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team of Behavior Analysts, Special Educators, and Vocational Providers to provide technical support/assistance for difficult, time-intensive, or high risk school cases. The candidate will deliver individual and/or group psychotherapy, and provide parent and/or family training as needed for school contracts. The clinician is expected to monitor the overall progress of individuals receiving services, maintain session notes, and complete progress reports in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will work with other PBS clinicians:

• to contribute and/or lead collaborations focused on improving services for students with developmental disabilities;
• participate in staff development trainings, by sharing experience in the problems, methods, and ethics of professional conduct and practice;
• provide outreach to the professional and lay community;
• and participate in continuing education.

Qualified Candidates will have:
Requirements

• Doctoral Degree in Psychology, or Masters degree in School Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Counseling.
• NYS Permanent Certification, Current NYS License, and/or Limited Permit to practice required.
• Fingerprint clearance as required by NYSED
• Preference will be given to candidates with behavioral experience/training

Must be able to work after school hours in the following locations: Western Suffolk and Nassau Counties
