• Foothill Animal Hospital in Upland 70 N. Central Ave Upland 91786
• Mon-Sat - full-time schedule/ rotating Saturdays.

We are looking for long term team members to grow with the business and become leaders within the company. Hiring all positions for new OC clinic currently under cinstruction. AHAA & OSHA protocol experience a plus.

• Upland team is hiring 3 RVT only all star employees to join the team.
• AND Now Hiring FULL TIME RVT's for our Upland location, work with the team and expect to move into newly built North OC Clinic coming 2023.
• Current starting pay $23-$35 based on your level of experience/dedication/position held within the company.
• Dental RVT's must have a minimum of 2 years experience with Dental Prophy/extractions/radiographs. experience of Dentalaire & Olympic Equipment a plus - Must move to OC Clinic or work both locations.
• Standard RVT procedures apply and are required.
• Prepare proper medications and drugs for procedures/keep accurate drug log if needed.
• Highly Proficient with Blood draws, catheter placement. Intubation required.
• Assist the Veterinarian with surgical procedures, following proper protocol of surgical standards.
• As needed: Prepare, recover and monitor patients
• As needed: Perform in-house lab work, collect and preserve laboratory samples for lab pick-up.
• As needed: Prepare patients for Veterinarian exam, follow instructions of the attending Veterinarian.
• As needed: Complete or Sign-off that all surgical equipment is properly sterilized and stored.
• As needed in your position/key area- Keep complete medical records of patients, drug logs and time logs as required.
• Always: Be committed to providing high quality care to patients and compassion to owners.
• Always: Will present & speak professionally with pet owners., must be confident in speaking English clearly and with understanding. Clearly describe scope of procedure and/or treatments completed. A second language is desired.
• Always: Follow direction of Manager and Medical Director as needed. Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Works with existing team in a supportive manner to achieve daily goals.
• Always: Ethical work standards, Personal responsibility of time management is required.
• Professional/Appropriate Attire and Grooming for position. No face piercing or face tattoos.
• Random drug testing should be expected - drug free environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
