We are seeking an experienced and enthusiast mental health therapist to join our team with strong interest in advancing clinical assessment and therapeutic skills, the desire to work in a multidisciplinary and family-focused service model, and exceptional report writing and documentation skills. Opportunity to perform telehealth mental health assessments and therapy services, in addition to in-clinic, is offered.

- Face Coverings – LEARN follows the CDC’s guidance and in most locations, face coverings are optional. There are a few exceptions where continued use of face coverings, such as local county and/or payor mandates, is required. Please note that as the CDC guidance changes, LEARN’s face covering practices will also change.
- Daily Health Screenings – We follow local county guidelines, and may adjust this practice as COVID-19 cases in your area increase/decrease.
- Employee Vaccination – Employees are encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID-19, as vaccination may be a requirement in the future to comply with Executive and State/Local or Payor vaccination mandates.
Some essential functions may include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and assessments with children and adolescents to determine the presence of various neurodevelopmental conditions, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other intellectual disabilities under the supervision of a licensed psychologist
- Administering recommended developmental and psychological assessments measures with support from a licensed psychologist
- Completing assessment reports, progress notes, treatment plans, and other documentation in accordance with company practices
- Providing individual, family, and/or group therapy
- Maintaining state license, completing required continuing education, and staying current on literature around evidence-based practices and interventions
Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Clinical experience with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and communication disorders
- Experience with toddlers preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish/English desired
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- LPC, LMFT, or LCSW, licensed in the state of Wisconsin
- Ability to work cohesively with a team of other licensed clinicians
