Cooks are responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing and cooking menu items. The Cook is also responsible for the final plate preparation and presentation.

As a Cook, you will:

• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables
• Know and comply with Luna Grill Cooking standard
• Follow proper plate presentation for all dishes
• Handle, store and rotate all food properly
• Understand how to open and close the kitchen and follows all kitchen station checklists

Our Cooks need to:

• Possess the highest quality of food standards both in cooking methods and presentation.
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift - From bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Works with a sense of urgency, and is able to multi task throughout their shift
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members

Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
