YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Technician are to:

• Demonstrate proficiency in the technical skills and knowledge necessary to function in a single technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, QA, V&V etc.);
• Possess the analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems;
• Work under supervision and collaborates with engineers and higher-level technical staff to conduct and document identified technical activities;
• Collaborate and training and Development;
• Train and mentor other associate technicians/designers;
• Coordinate some training activities for immediate department/program;

Required Qualifications:

• High School Degree or equivalent;
• Associate's Degree;
• Possesses the analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems;
• Conducts & documents technical activities typically identified by more experienced staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates Degree with at least two years of trade or military school;
• At least three years Designing, Drafting experience.
